I have assembled a short list of items you should get started with prior to our meeting, as you begin to prepare your home for the real estate market. Having these items completed will bring us much closer to beginning the actual marketing and advertising of your home.

  • Locate the property abstract of title or duplicate torens certificate (In safety deposit box? At prior title co.?)
  • Locate or procure your most recent property tax statement provided by the county
  • Collect recent statements for all mortgage liens associated with your property
  • Contact your local municipality to determine whether a housing inspection is required prior to selling
